Climate Dimensions does not operate its own laboratory infrastructure. We identify and coordinate the research teams, facilities and specialist capabilities required for each project, from Baltic partners to European networks.

Prof. Dagnija Blumberga
Partner, Science and Technology
Prof. Dagnija Blumberga is a distinguished researcher and academic specialising in energy engineering and environmental science at Riga Technical University (RTU). She leads the Institute of Energy Systems and Environment, focusing on energy policy, renewables, and efficiency. With nearly 500 research papers, involvement in major EU projects, Prof. Blumberga has shaped environmental engineering education and advanced climate technologies in Latvia and beyond.
Viesturs Sosārs, MBA
Partner, Business and Innovation
Viesturs Sosārs has over 25 years of practical entrepreneurial experience. He has co-founded several software and hardware startups and invested as both a fund manager and business angel. He regularly works with corporates, helping them develop and commercialise new products and services. Viesturs' expertise lies in innovation strategy advice and facilitating systematic innovation. He also teaches practical entrepreneurship at several universities.
